There is an average of 178,000 people coming to Christ daily around the
world. The latest statistics indicate there are 3.2 million pastors
worldwide who are untrained or under trained. Many of these pastors have
families, jobs and live on less than $40 dollars a month. It is
estimated that 7,000 new church leaders are needed daily to care for the
growing church and 85% of the churches of the world are led by people
who have no formal training in theology or ministry. Leaders from every
non-Western region say their number one need is leadership training.
